'Pétales de l'Amitié' is a continuously flowering hybrid moschata rose that charms with its semi-double flowers with silky petals in a soft apricot porcelain colour turning to creamy white. The golden stamens in the centre of the flower attract pollinators. The dense, medium green, glossy foliage provides a beautiful backdrop for the numerous flowers, which have a delicate, fresh fragrance. In autumn, the rose is covered with small rose hips.
The “Pétales de l'Amitié” rose was introduced as part of the celebrations for the 20th anniversary of the partnership between the town of Remich (L) and the town of Bessan in France, to strengthen the bond of friendship between the two partner towns.
The rose “Pétales de l'Amitié” was launched on 30 May 2024 at Jeannot Belling Park in Remich.
