The large, velvety dark red double flowers are full and fragrant; globular when they bloom, they open into a cup shape. Unfortunately, excessive sunlight can scorch the dark petals. With proper and attentive care, this repeatedly flowering hybrid will bloom throughout the summer. The compact bush is adorned with dark green foliage that is susceptible to fungal diseases.
