Rosa “Bordeaux” is an early-flowering rambling rose that impresses with its vigour and abundant blooms. Set off beautifully by healthy green foliage, the small semi-double magenta-pink flowers with white centres bloom in enormous clusters. In autumn, they give way to small orange fruits. It tolerates partial shade.
The name of the rose evokes a great Bordeaux wine. The year 1907 was an excellent one for this generous rose, which won medals at the International New Rose Competitions in Nancy (France) and Mannheim (Germany).
