The double flowers of this tea hybrid keep their perfect shape from bud to full bloom. Their understated elegance has often earned them awards in competitions. A fresh yellow colour, without any harshness, the outer petals are sometimes tinged with a hint of pink. The fragrance is strong on a vigorous plant with shiny olive green foliage. The flowers, on sturdy stems, are excellent in vases.
The rose was introduced in 2012 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of a Michelin star for Léa Linster's restaurant (L), the first woman to win the famous Bocuse d'Or award in 1989. Her motto: 'Cuisiner avec Amour' (Cook with love).
